Order Type

  • We are an online-only women’s boutique.

  • Orders are fulfilled via local pickup, local drop-off, or shipping.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is free.

  • Pickup details (location & time window) will be sent after purchase.

  • Orders must be picked up within 5–7 days of notification.

  • Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled and issued store credit.

Local Drop-Off

  • Local drop-off is available within our service area.

  • A delivery fee applies and is non-refundable.

  • Drop-offs are scheduled within 1–3 business days.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

  • Once delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Shipping

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping times may vary based on carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once shipped.
