This website is operated by STYLE LAB (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies.

Online Store Terms

  • You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Products & Accuracy

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We strive for accurate product descriptions and images; however, colors and fit may vary by device and individual.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

  • Payment must be received in full before order fulfillment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping, pickup, or delivery information.

  • Incorrect information may result in delays or additional fees.

Local Pickup & Local Drop-Off

  • Local pickup and local drop-off options are available at checkout.

  • Pickup instructions will be emailed after purchase.

  • Orders not picked up within the specified timeframe may be canceled and issued store credit.

  • Local drop-off fees are non-refundable. Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

  • STYLE LAB is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Store credit only—no refunds.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale items, clearance items, accessories, bodysuits, intimates, and swimwear are final sale.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Photo documentation may be required.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site is the property of STYLE LAB and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • STYLE LAB is not liable for damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which STYLE LAB operates.
